The SplitHire Model

We split our employment fee with candidates after they complete their probation period. This creates alignment and incentivizes long-term commitment.

Standard Recruitment

Traditional agencies charge employers 15-25% of the annual salary and keep the entire fee.

On a £35,000 salary:

£5,250.00 to agency

£0 to candidate

The SplitHire Way

We charge the same fee but share half with the candidate after they complete probation.

On a £35,000 salary:

£2,625.00 to SplitHire

£2,625.00 to candidate
